Better insight into publisher deals

Via the page Publisher agreements, Openaccess.nl gives insight into the open access deals arranged between Dutch universities and publishers of academic journals.
Which publishers are actually involved, what are the details of each deal and what is the procedure if you want to publish? Tables show the number of publications each deal has resulted in from 2015 up to now. At the moment of the launch, there are several thousand publications.
