Milestone of 2.500 open access publications in 2016

The publisher agreements between Dutch Universities and publishers, with an open access component, has reached a milestone of 2.500 approved articles in 2016. As a result open access articles are published on the platforms of the publishers and repositories of the universities. In 2015 a total of 2.043 open access articles were published as a result of the agreements.
