New OA deal with Sage

The Association of Dutch Universities and SAGE have agreed on a three year deal. For 2017-2019 publication in open access will be possible for Dutch scientists in approximately 100 journals without extra charges. That is 97% of the SAGE journals. More articles will become freely available worldwide than was the case over 2015 and 2016.

Part of the deal is also a discount of 20% on Article Processing Charges when publishing in gold open access journals of this publisher.
