Open Access agreement with Oxford University Press started

At Oxford University Press (OUP), corresponding authors of most Dutch universities and university hospitals can make their articles available for free to everyone for the next two years at no extra cost.

This is possible because VSNU and Oxford University Press have reached an agreement for 2019 and 2020 for both access to the journals and for publishing in open access in 322 hybrid OUP journals. TU Eindhoven and TU Delft do no take part in the deal.

Dutch universities together can publish a maximum of 760 articles within the open access deal each year. Find out more about this deal on our special webpage. All information about agreements that the Dutch universities made with other important publishers, is listed on this page.
