In the autumn of 2017 an important landscape study on open access for books was published by the Knowledge Exchange. This study, conducted in eight European countries, helps to identify the next steps needed to make progress on open access for the academic monograph and edited collection. A survey has now been drawn up to shape a follow-up to that research. The results, in combination with a webinar and workshop, will be used to develop concrete next steps in the near future.
Everyone is invited to respond: publishers, authors, libraries, and research funders. The survey is open until 11 May 2018 and can be found HERE.
